How do credits work?
Credits are the currency you use to generate content in Rolo. Each video type consumes a set number of credits: Avatar UGC costs 1 credit, Conversation mode costs 2 credits, and image generation costs 0.1 credits. Credits never expire.
How long does video generation take?
Most videos generate in 30–120 seconds depending on length and complexity. Conversation mode with multiple actors may take 2–4 minutes. You will receive a notification and can find your video in Assets when complete.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Unused credits carry over.
What video formats does Rolo support?
Rolo generates MP4 videos at up to 1080p. For images, we output PNG and JPEG. All files can be downloaded from your Assets.
Can I use AI-generated videos for commercial purposes?
Yes. You own the content you generate with Rolo and can use it for commercial purposes including ads, social media, and marketing. Please review our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy for full details.
How do I add team members?
Navigate to Settings → Team and invite team members by email. Team members share the workspace credits pool. Team plans are available — contact us for pricing.
What if my video generation fails?
If a generation fails, credits are automatically refunded to your account. You can retry the generation from your Assets. If the issue persists, contact support with your video ID.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds for failed generations automatically. For subscription refunds, please review our Refund Policy or contact support within 7 days of your purchase.
How Credits Work
Credits are consumed when you generate content. The cost per generation:
- Avatar UGC — 1 credit (under 15s), 2 credits (15–30s)
- Product Placement — 1.5 credits
- Text / Image to Video — 0.5 credits
- Conversation Mode — 2 credits
- AI Image / Image Edit — 0.1–0.2 credits
Failed generations are automatically refunded. Credits do not expire. Purchase more credits from your credits page.
