Refund Policy

At Rolo, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. We offer a fair and transparent refund policy so you can try our platform with peace of mind.

1. Credit Pack Refunds

If you purchase a credit pack and change your mind, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase — no questions asked. The only requirement is that no credits from the pack have been used.

  • Eligibility: Refund must be requested within 7 days of the original purchase date
  • Condition: No credits from the purchased pack may have been consumed (used for previews or renders)
  • Amount: Full refund of the original purchase price, including any applicable taxes

2. Failed Render Auto-Refunds

If a render fails due to a platform error or technical issue on our side, the credit is automatically and instantly refunded to your account. You do not need to take any action.

  • Automatic: No manual request needed — the refund happens instantly when a failure is detected
  • Full Credit: The entire credit cost of the render is returned to your balance
  • Notification: You will receive a notification confirming the failed render and credit refund

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, no lock-in periods, and no hoops to jump through.

  • Cancel Anytime: You can cancel from your account settings or by contacting support
  • Effective Date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access until then.
  • No Partial Refunds: We do not issue refunds for the remaining days in a billing cycle after cancellation
  • Unused Credits: Subscription credits do not roll over after your subscription ends

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a credit pack purchase, you can:

  • Email Us: Send an email to support@roloads.com with your account email and the transaction you would like refunded
  • In-App: Navigate to Settings and use the billing section to initiate a refund request

5. Processing Time

Manual refund requests are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Once processed, the refund will appear on your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

6. What Is Not Refundable

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Used Credits: Credits that have already been consumed for video previews or HD renders
  • Completed Renders: Videos that have been successfully rendered and delivered
  • Bonus Credits: Any bonus or promotional credits included with a purchase
