What does a credit get you?
Credit costs are weighted to the real cost of running each model. Failed generations are automatically refunded. Cheap actions (script, analysis) cost a few credits; premium 4K video costs more per second.
Example: a 30-second ad with a Kling Avatar talking head (12 cr/sec × 20s) plus three 5-second Kling 2.6 Pro b-roll cuts with audio (16 cr/sec × 15s) = roughly 480 credits. Use cheaper models or shorter clips to stretch your pool further.
Frequently asked questions
Do credits expire?
Plan credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. Top-up packs are valid for 90 days from purchase, so you have time to use them.
How are credits charged?
Video generations are billed per second × per model with optional audio surcharge. Chat, scripts, competitor research, and image gen have flat per-action costs. The exact cost is shown before you confirm.
What happens if a generation fails?
Credits are held in reservation until the generation succeeds. If it fails, the reservation is released and credits go straight back to your balance — no support ticket needed.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes. Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle; upgrades are prorated.
What about competitor research?
Competitor searches cost 5 credits per 25 ads pulled. Deep analysis of a single ad costs 2 credits. Tracking competitors is free — you only spend credits when you actively research.
